Social Change Studio is a non-profit organisation that researches and tests people-centred solutions to structural inequality.

We study the inequality, oppression and exclusion that recur within social structures. Drawing on research and field experience, we reinterpret problems critically, design solutions that hold up in real life, and test them to learn what works.

We work towards a society in which everyone can fully exercise their dignity and rights.

Social justice is not a declaration but something that has to be realised in people’s lives. Guided by human rights, protection and care, we work to reduce structural inequality and to build a society where no one is left out.

We understand a problem deeply before we set out to solve it.

We start from the experience of people and communities, redefine the problem, and design solutions centred on people and their rights. Through repeated testing we learn what actually works, improve it, and connect proven ideas to systems change.
