Improving quality and access in mental health services for the most vulnerable populations: gap analysis and policy proposals
Mental health services exist, and still there are people they never reach — held back by cost and distance, by stigma and by gaps in information. We research where people fall out of the system, examining both the quality of services and access to them, and propose public policy to change how services are delivered and funded.

Strengthening child-friendly mental health and psychosocial support in disasters and crises
Children are named as a priority group in disaster and crisis response, but in practice the response often applies an adult-centred system unchanged. We diagnose the gap between what crisis response systems can actually offer children and what children need, and design strengthening measures that reflect both international standards and the conditions of practice on the ground.

Technology-enabled trauma-informed psychological support
Therapy and counselling reach the people who need them most last of all, held up by cost and by waiting. Using AI and technology, we develop trauma-informed therapy and counselling services and tools of real quality that socioeconomically marginalised and vulnerable groups can readily use. Technology does not replace clinical judgement: the design assumes a route to specialist support whenever risk signals appear.
